Historically known as the gazing stone. Original Mara Mamba is extremely old and rare.. Mara Mamba Tiger Eye Jasper is a rare variety of Tiger Eye found only in the Hamersley Ranges of the Pilbara region in Western Australia. Only two deposits have ever produced “true” Mara Mamba, a rare type with reds, blues, yellow, gold and greens.
Marra Mamba Tiger Eye was found out in the 1970s. It is the most sought after form of Tiger Eye because of its mix of highly chatoyant Tiger Eye, (which can be golden, bluish, greenish or reddish). To top it off, Marra Mamba Tiger Eye often contains hematite and Jasper. Finished stones are unusually beautiful and very popular. These pieces of Marra Mamba Tiger Eye were purchased many years ago and were recently brought out.
This amazing stone of natural art was found on Mt. Brockman Station about 100 km N.W. of Tom Price. It is found only in Western Australia and is sought after by collectors because of its rarity and value. It is extremely old forming when the earth was a barren globe and life not due to start for another 2000 million years. It is of excellent hardness and takes wonderful polish. This would have to be one of the most attractive Australian gemstones. The deposit is unique because it appears to be the only recorded occurrence of Crocidolite in the formation of this age very unique..
From the AUSTRALIAN INDIGENOUS DREAM-TIME Tiger Eye brings harmony by merging the frequencies of the earth with that of the sun. The golden ray stone is known to invoke inner vision to divination in shamans. It is used by female shamans to invoke divination, prophecy, and clairvision.
It can comb the depths of the soul and since the root of emotion. Tigers know not fear and have confidence in their inherent power and strength. The quiet, fierce power of Tiger’s Eye stone is no exception.
Tiger Eye is a mysterious stone that offers a greater perspective and wider observation to the wearer. In ancient times, Tiger Eye was mandatory for chiefs to remove the influence of evil and negativity in decision-making.
Tiger’s eye stone is an interplay between the powers of the Earth and Sun. Their characteristic golden bands draw down the energy of the sun, while its muddy, brown veins ground it in natural earthen energies. The Egyptians extended this association further, perceiving these colourations as representative of Ra, the Sun God and Geb the god of growing land.
Tiger’s eye infuses our courage and helps us preserve our integrity. It stands up for power used correctly and stands against the abuse of power. It is a stone of protection, and Roman soldiers would carry the tiger’s eye into battle as a fortification. Tiger’s eye helps us to see past illusion to the root of a situation. It can help with seeing someone for who they really are, and amplify attention to detail.
Most notable of tiger’s eye stone uses is its ability to sharpen the senses. It can quicken the wit, and improve perception and quick thinking. It is a stone for visionaries, helping to unlock hidden potential and allowing us to see outside to box to come up with new ways of thinking.
Each creation also includes specific vibrational remedies with higher frequency further draw on the healing qualities of crystals.
